Resolved Question: Can someone give me some acting advice, please!? I've posted a whack of questions about acting but haven't gotten very good feed back. I'm 14 and I live in Ontario Canada where I attend a high-school with my friends and the people who have made my grade 6, 7, and 8 a living hell. Before this school, I attended a very well known Ontario school where I was liked. These people gave me so much confidence and encouraged me in acting. Now that I'm at this school, everyone still looks at me like that "loser" from grade school (I was never popular). The only encouragement I get here is from my friends, who said I must take them to the Oscars and movie premiers if I do become famous. I've been told many times on yahoo answers that I must get a agent. I've also been told I can't do ANY movies in the US because I'm not American. In regards to the agent part, I CAN NOT get a agent because I don't have much acting experience. I've done a online audition for the movie We Bought a Zoo but that went badly. I didn't find out about the audition until three days before the deadline....

Resolved Question: How much of Robert Downey Jr.'s acting do you think is impromptu adlib? The movies he's in, the dialogue sometimes seems very impromptu - like he knows the general lines, but he just goes in the moment and says what needs to be said (e.g. - Iron Man 2). Like in the new movie Due Date with that guy Zack Galifianakis, I read that Roberty Downey Jr. told him he needs to learn to act; and this was allegedly in front of some cast and crew. Then, in the previews for the movie, he's saying things to Zack like he hates the very fiber of his being. So, it makes me wonder whether there was a 'loose script', and they just put these two actors together and filmed the resulting chemistry. What are your thoughts on this?
